Welcome to the start of your healing journey. My name is Lucie, and I am a trauma informed life coach and empowerment coach. I am also a survivor of domestic abuse. My 6 week programmes are tailored to help you empower yourself - whether you are feeling stuck in a relationship or career, or have escaped abuse and need help to empower yourself to be more confident and find yourself again, i am here to help you on your journey.
